CUSTOMS
Custom full-body commissions start at $50. Extra characters or complicated accessories/items may incur extra charges. Customs are quoted on a case-by-case basis dependent on your needs.
REFERENCE SHEETS
Reference sheets start at $250 for already designed characters, and $350 for characters that still need designing. They will include:
- two full-body views, ideal for displaying outfits
- a chibi front & back to display markings and colors
- three expression-based headshots
- three accessories
- color-picker bar/circles
- If your character is not yet designed, your price also includes working together to come up with a design you love based on whatever ideas you have. There is no minimum to meet concerning character concepts and ideas. We will work together with as much, or as little, as you have.additional views, accessories, headshots, or anything else you'd like for your ref sheet, can be requested and worked out for an additional fee.

By commissioning or purchasing art from me, you are agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions:PAYMENT- Payment is due upfront before work on your commission will begin.- 100% refunds can be requested before work has started on your artwork.- Refunds thereafter will be discussed on a case-by-base basis dependent on how much work has been completed by me so far, and is something you are entitled to ask for and receive.- Should you choose a 100% refund, your sketch will be repurposed; you will not retain any usage rights over your sketch.- Payment is taken by paypal only, either invoiced or sent via goods & services.USAGE- This commission is yours to use for personal and non-commercial purposes. Your artwork may not be used for commercial purposes nor may you edit your received artwork in any fashion. Your commissioned artwork may not be used for any for-profit purposes or purposes that boost a for-profit business.- Should you decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, I will consider this an automatic purchase of commercial and exclusive rights. You will be charged the standard fee for exclusive and commercial rights per artwork. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.- Commissions may be used and posted online for icons, cover photos, blog themes, added to character galleries, etc., with credit given back to me when appropriate.- I reserve the right to display your commissioned artwork online via social media, personal website, or in person via gallery or physical portfolio. If you'd like me to delay posting your artwork for any reason, simply ask!ETC- You must be over 18 to purchase a commission, adoptable, or base from me.- The sketch preview you will receive during the commission process is where changes should be requested to your overall design. Structural changes requested after your piece has been lined and colored will result in a +$5 charge per alteration. If the sketch is not clear enough for you, please don’t hesitate to ask for a cleanup.- Turnaround time may vary, but typically does not exceed over a month and a half. If for any reason I need a longer amount of time, I will inform you as soon as I am aware.- Failure to comply with the terms listed above will result in a revocation of your personal usage rights and the artwork being repurposed & resold. If you would like an alteration to the above terms please let me know so we can discuss your personal needs!- Do not claim any of my artwork as your own, and give credit when appropriate.- Do not edit my signature out of any received artwork or purchased adoptables/bases.ADOPTABLES- Once purchased, all sales are final.- Do not "breed" adoptables purchased from me to make more adoptables, clones, etc.- Adoptables may be resold for no more than their purchased price if no further art has been added to the character.BASES- Bases purchased through ko-fi may be designed as for-profit, or personal only. Pay attention to which one you are purchasing.- For profit-bases may be used to create for-sale adoptables or YCHs.- Designs created on my bases may be used for commercial purposes, but the artwork itself may not be. If you'd like to secure commercial usage, please contact me.- Do not use the artwork to create your own bases or on Print On Demand websites such as Redbubble, Zazzle, etc.
